绘图仪传动回差分析与结构改进

摘    要:为解决某大型绘图仪传动系统回差经常超差的问题,将传动系统各元件的制造误差视作随机误差,采用概率统计方法对各传动元件的空程差进行分析计算,找出影响回差的主要因素.经长时间生产实践证明,通过传动系统改进设计,在不提高零件加工精度的前提下,使该绘图仪回差的一次检验合格率由35.2%提高到100%,用户满意率和工厂效益大幅度提高.

Abstract:During production,the return stroke error of the transmission system of a large drawing instrument often goes beyond the allowance.For this reason the manufacture errors of the parts in the transmission system are regarded as random errors in this paper and the probability statistics method of random error is applied to the analysis and calculation.By this method the main reasons which affect return stroke error are found.It has proved from long term production that by improving transmission system and not raising the machining precision the one-checking qualified rate of the return stroke error of the drawing instrument raises from 35.2% to 100%.Both the satisfied rate of the customers and the benefits of the factory rise greatly.
