转子热处理工艺的探讨

摘    要:利用数值模拟技术 ,用所开发的 NSHT软件对 2 6 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V钢 6 MW转子进行了研究。分别对转子热处理工艺中加热、淬火、回火三部分进行了计算分析 ,总结出各环节对锻件内部质量的影响。利用此软件可对热处理工艺参数加以优化。

Abstract:The NSHT Software has been developed by the application of the numeric simulation technique.This paper has researched for 6MW rotors of 26Cr2Ni4MoV steel with the developed NSHT software.The three parts of heat treatment process of rotors,such as heat,quenching and tempering have been analysed and calculated separately,then the imfluence of various part on the inner quality of forgings has been sumerized out.To apply this software,the parameters of heat treatment process can be optimized.
