摘    要:针对老挝某金矿,在实验室实验基础上成功将环保浸金工艺直接应用于现场实际生产,并在原氰化浸金工艺基础上进一步优化,取消除氰工艺,确保了周边水域和环境安全;增加浓密溢流水吸附槽装置,处理能力由原设计的500t/d提升至620t/d;开展了加药点优化,确定最终工艺指标为磨矿细度控制在-74μm占90%~94%、矿浆pH值11~12、矿浆浓度40%~42%、环保浸金剂用量为520g/t,原矿品位为5.76g/t时,浸出率达到93.38%,并且生产成本得到进一步控制,主要材料成本、动力成本和人员成本合计由原设计的159.04元/t降低至70.92元/t,节约成本88.12元/t,经济效益显著。

Abstract:On the basis of the laboratory, environmental friendly gold leaching process successfully applied directly to the actual production on site, and further optimized on the basis of the original cyanidation gold leaching process, cancelled cyanide removal process, ensured the safety of surrounding waters and environment, added the equipment of adsorption tank for overflow water of thicker, the treatment capacity is increased from 500t/d to 620t/d, optimized the dosing point, the final process index is: when grinding fineness of -200 mesh account 90 (±2)%, the pulp pH 11-12, the pulp concentration 40-42%, dosage of environmental friendly leaching agent Jinchan 520g/t and the ore grade 2.63g/t, the leaching rate reached 93.38%. And production costs are further controlled, the main material cost, power cost and personnel cost are reduced from 159.04 yuan/t of the original design to 70.92 yuan/t, saved cost 88.12 yuan/t, economic benefit is notable.
