摘    要:文中针对某型号搜索雷达水铰链在使用过程中存在的动密封补偿量小、质量稳定性差引起的渗漏问题,提出了一种新颖的机械密封结构形式。基于该结构现有的轴向高度和接口,对密封方式、流道设计和弹性元件等进行了全新的设计改进,并指出了改进的关键技术。经过长时间的试验验证和工程应用,从未发生渗漏。试验后拆开密封件,密封端面基本无磨损,能满足使用寿命要求,证明了改进措施的有效性,可以在高转速搜索雷达中推广应用。

Abstract:Aiming at the leakage problem caused by the small dynamic seal compensation and the poor quality stability of the rotary water joint of a type of search radar, a novel mechanical seal structure is proposed in this paper. Based on the existing axial height and interface of the structure, new design improvements are carried out for the sealing mode, flow channel design and elastic elements and the key technologies of the improvements are pointed out. After a long period of test and application, no leakage has occured. After the test, the seal is disassembled and the sealing surface is basically free of wear. The service life requirements can be satisfied. It is proved that the improvement is effective and can be widely used in high speed search radar.
