某星载组件的结构动态特性分析

摘    要:星载电子设备的动态特性对于整个系统的可靠性和安全性至关重要。文中以某星载组件为研究对象,采用ABAQUS 建立了某星载设备的完整有限元模型,并进行了模态分析。根据结构固有动态特性,分析了该 结构在加速度过载、正弦振动、随机振动和充压等载荷作用下的结构响应,获取了相应的结构变形和应力分 布。分析结果表明,该组件的结构设计满足星载力学环境的设计要求,为组件的结构设计提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The structural dynamic properties of spaceborne electronic equipment are critical to the reliability and safety of the entire system. In this paper a spaceborne component is taken as the research object, a complete finite element model of a spaceborne component is established by ABAQUS and the modal analysis is conducted. According to the inherent dynamic characteristics of the structure, the structural response of the structure under the load of acceleration overload, sinusoidal vibration, random vibration and charging pressure is analyzed and the corresponding structural deformation and stress distribution are obtained. The analysis results show that the structural design of the component meets the design requirements of the spaceborne mechanical environment and provides a reliable basis for the structural design of component.
