四川某钛铁矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:本文对四川攀枝花地区某钛磁铁矿进行浮选试验研究,该矿中钛主要以钛铁矿为主,其次为钛磁铁矿及金红石,脉石矿物主要为石英,绿泥石等。本文通过磨矿细度、捕收剂种类及用量、抑制剂种类及用量等方面的研究,最终采用弱磁除铁、预先脱硫、以羟肟酸为捕收剂,CMC为抑制剂在pH值为4的条件下经一粗一扫一精的全流程试验,最终得到了TiO2品位为46.33%,回收率为55.36%的钛精矿,实现了对目的矿物的回收。

Abstract:In this paper, a flotation test is performed on a titanium magnetite in Panzhihua, Sichuan. The titanium in this mine is mainly ilmenite, followed by titanium magnetite and rutile, and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz, chlorite, and so on. Through research on grinding fineness, type and amount of collector, type and amount of inhibitor, the final use of weak magnetic iron removal, desulfurization in advance, hydroxamic acid as the collector, CMC as the inhibitor. A closed-circurt process consisting of one stage of roughing, one stage of cleaning and one stage of scavenging under the condition of pH was 4, the titanium concentrate with a TiO2 grade of 46.33% and a recovery rate of 55.36% was finally obtained, and the recovery of the target mineral was achieved.
