摘    要:钛及钛合金以其优异的性能,广泛应用于航空航天、能源化工、生物医疗等高端领域。粉末近净成形技术能够实现钛及钛合金的绿色、低成本和高性能精密制造,有助于进一步扩大其应用范围。本文从钛粉制备、成形技术、性能与应用方面,对目前钛及钛合金粉末近净成形技术取得的研究进展进行了简要论述,并根据各技术目前面临的问题,提出了未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:Titanium (Ti) and its alloys are widely used in aerospace, energy chemical, biomedical, and other high-end fields due to their excellent properties. Near-net-shape technology using powders can realize green, low-cost, high-performance, and precise manufacturing of Ti and its alloys, which is helpful to further expand their application scope. In this paper, the research progress in the near-net-shape production of Ti and its alloys to date is briefly discussed in terms of powder production, processing technology, and performance and application. Future developing trends are put forward in view of the current hurdles of the field.
