摘    要:论述了聚酰胺(PA)增韧、增强的研究进展情况。对PA/聚烯烃、PA/聚烯烃弹性体、不同类型PA合金、 PA/ABS等几类增韧体系进行了详细介绍,其中聚烯烃弹性体对PA基体增韧效果好,应用范围广。PA增强机理包括能量转移理论和交联理论,玻璃纤维、晶须对PA的增强效果明显。同时增强、增韧PA的研究已成为PA改性的热点,无机纳米填料填充PA制得的聚合物纳米复合材料具有非常好的增强增韧效果;PA/热致液晶高分子也是有效的增强增韧体系。

Abstract:Advances in the toughening and reinforcement of polyamide were reviewed, several systems including PA/polyolefin, PA/polyolefin-elastomer, and PA alloys like PA/ABS were discussed. Polyolefin elastomer constituted a widely employed toughener. Glass fiber and whiskers as well as thermotropic liquid crystal polymer may achieve remarkable reinforcement. Inclusion of inorganic nano-particles may achieve both toughening and reinforcement. Major reinforcing mechanisms, including energytransfer and crosslinking ones were introduced.
