消音器降噪与发动机噪声的分析与研究

摘    要:通过所测试的发动机噪声频谱图,分析了在消音器的设计中,如何根据噪声极值的频率区域获得良好降噪效果的方法,从理论上分析了通过扩大降噪频率区域的途径来提高降噪效果的消音器结构和设计思路,通过所测试的该类消音器与其它类型消音器降噪频谱图的对比,验证了该类消音器良好的降噪效果.列出了10kW金牛柴油发动机的噪声频谱图,噪声极值为94dB;共振一扩张型消音器的降噪频谱图,噪声极值点的平均降噪量为17.94dB;扩张型消音器的降噪频谱图,噪声极值点的平均降噪量为11.5dB,通过频谱图的降噪对比,说明将共振和扩张特征在不同噪声极值频率区域的降噪极值相结合,可获得理想的降噪效果..

Abstract:Based on analysing noise frequency measured and reasonable design of noise suppressor,the good method of noise reduction in frequency range of maximal noise was obtained.Excellent structure of noise suppressor was got by means of widening frequency range of noise reduction.Comparing the noise frequency of this noise Suppressor with other noise suppressor's noise frequency,good results of noise reduction are proved.According to noise frequency of 10kW Jin Niu diesel engine,experimental results are summarized...
