摘    要:以Na2SnO3·3H2O为原料,有机试剂(正戊醇、正丁醇、环己烷)为分散剂,同时加入阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠,ABS),以氢氧化锡沉淀为前驱体,用水热法制备了粒度均匀的SnO2超细粉体。用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)测定了该粉体的晶型和形貌,研究结果表明,所制得的SnO2为四方晶系金红石结构,颗粒均一性高,粒径分布介于0.8μm~1.0μm之间,且粒子尺寸随着溶液中有机试剂的加入而减小。

Abstract:Taking Na_2SnO_3·3H_2O as raw material, organic reagent (pentyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, cyclohexane) as dispersant, and adding anion surfactant (sodium dodecyl alkylbenzen sulfonate, ABS), uniform ultrafine SnO_2 powder is prepared by hydrothermal method using Sn(OH)_4 deposition as precursor. The SnO_2 powder is characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques. The results show that SnO_2 particles are all tetragonal SnO_2, with a narrow grain size distribution of 0.8-1.0μm. The size of SnO_2 powder is decreased with the addition of organic reagent.
