摘    要:从制磷电炉热平衡测试和磷矿化学组分分析入手,探讨由磷矿中杂质带入制磷电炉内引起的副反应,以及这些副反应发生和进行程度的条件,进行分析深入了解这些副反应对电炉制磷中电耗、磷损失等的影响程度。根据炉内副反应特点进行分类(低于或高于磷酸盐还原反应的温度分析,得出了制磷电炉操作相应的优惠工艺条件,并提出制磷企业提高制磷电炉运行水平的手段和措施。

Abstract:From the heat balance test of the phosphorus furnace and the chemical analysis of phosphate ore,the author makes a research into side reactions caused by impurities in phosphate ore,and conditions of side reactions and their reaction extents.Through analysis,the author gets a deep understanding of the impact of side reactions on electricity consumption of the furnace and phosphorus loss.On the basis of characteristics of side reactions,the author makes a classification analysis(below or above the phosphate reduction temperature),proposes optimum process conditions of furnace operations,and suggests measures for phosphorus producing enterprises to raise the operation level of phosphorus furnaces.
