摘    要:分析了线摩擦驱动带式输送机出现张力愈大、胶带愈短的表面现象,证明了在这种驱动方式中存在着滑动现象,这种表面现象是超前滑动与滞后蠕动共同作用的结果.这一现象的存在对于扩展带式输送机的传动方式是有利的.

Abstract:Studied the phenomenon that driven belt length decreases with the increase of belt tension,and proved out that there exists slip between drive and driven belt that causes the abnormal phenomena.It is the forward slip and the lag creepage that cause such kind of phenomena.These provide a new way for extend drive unit design of belt conveyor.
