摘    要:以竹屑为原料,研究了KOH活化法高比表面积活性炭的制备工艺.分别考察了浸渍比、活化温度、活化时间等工艺参数对产品吸附性能的影响,并提出了可能的活化机理.在所研究的实验条件下,最佳的制备工艺是浸渍比1.0,活化温度800℃,活化时间2h.所得到的活性炭产品的比表面积和孔容可达2996m2/g和1.64cm3/g.该产品附加值高,在吸附领域特别是在双电层电容器的电极材料领域有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:High specific surface area activated carbon was prepared from bamboo by chemical activation with KOH. The influence of activation parameters on the final products was investigated by varying the KOH/bamboo ratio, activation temperature and hold time. The samples were characterized by nitrogen adsorption isotherms at 77K. The specific surface area and pore volume of activated carbon were calculated by BET and t-plot method. The possible activation mechanism was also proposed. Under the experimental conditions, the optimum conditions for preparing high specific surface area activated carbon are at a KOH/precursor ratio of 1.0, an activation temperature of 800℃ and a hold time of 2h. With these experimental conditions, an activated carbon with a BET surface area of 2996m2/g and a total pore volume of 1.64cm3/g was produced. The product is a novel material for adsorption and for the application in electric double-layer capacitors.
