摘    要:ANSYS的图形用户界面工作模式(GUI)不能直接对复杂几何边界实现准确建模,本文采用高级计算语言和ANSYS自带的参数化编程语言APDL相结合的方法进行了齿形有限元几何模型建模研究。对带凸角滚刀切制的齿轮,用高级语言按平面曲线合成方法进行了滚刀上各部分生成的共轭曲线的数值合成,准确地得到了复杂齿廓根部的数据。再将齿廓曲线数据通过参数化编程语言APDL导入ANSYS,实现了磨前滚刀切制的齿轮有限元几何模型精确建模。

Abstract:the GUI working model of ANSYS cann't establish model of complex tooth profile exatly, so the APDL working model of ANSYS is used. Based on the generating principle, conjugate curves of processed gear cut by the arc situated at pre-grinding hob are derived in term of coordinate conversion and separated. According to the method for plane curves synthesis, conjugate curves cut by the different parts of the hob are composed numerically, and the datum of complex tooth profile are calculated exactly.The datum are called by APDL in ANSYS, then FEM geometrical model of complex tooth profile machined by pre-grinding hob are established accurately.Combined by strong numeric analysis and treatment of MATLAB and the facility and openness of APDL, compositive programming with MATLAB and APDL is advanced based on full-text data files.
