摘    要:建立了一个多区域全交流互联电力系统最优潮流模型 (M-OPF),发展了一种基于最优潮流的灵敏度分析方法,该方法可以提供在参数变化同时保持最优解情况下电力系统运行状况的变化信息。M-OPF问题求最优解时,通常有一部分不等式约束条件。在计及不等式约束条件的最优解邻近进行灵敏度分析来计算灵敏度系数。它们是通过产生一个Kuhn-Tucker条件的线性近似来求得的。文中提出用区域发电成本对母线需求及功率交换的灵敏度信息来计算边际转运价格。

Abstract:Of param ount im portance for design and system operation engineers is a knowledge of the rate at which som e functions of system operation change as a param eter changes,given that optimality is maintained as the parameter varies. This inform ation can be determined by performing sensitivity analysis. Knowledge of these sensitivities is valuable for numerous practical purposes relating to system planning and tariffication. This paper formulates a full AC m ulti- area interconnected power system optimal power flow model M- OPF and develops a methodology for sensitivity analysis of the optimal power flow solution as a param eter in the power pool changes while retaining optimality during the perturbation. In the optimal solution of the OPF problem,som e inequality constraints will invariably be binding.The sensitivity coefficients at a specified distribution of interchange power levels can be determ ined by m aking sm all perturbations in the vicinity of the optimum solution with the binding inequalities taken into account.They can be found from a linear approxim ation of the Kuhn- Tucker conditions and the set of binding constraints for the pool model in the vicinity of the solution. In particular this paper will demonstrate how the sensitivities of the generation cost of each area with respect to the bus power demand and interchange power,both real and reactive,can be obtained from sensitivity analysis.The inform ation will be used to evaluate the short- run m arginal cost of transm ission services.
