SiO_2微粉结合镁质浇注料的基质组成与抗渣性能

摘    要:借助XRD、SEM和相图分析对SiO2 微粉结合镁质浇注料的基质组成与抗渣性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明 :随着SiO2 微粉加入量的增加 ,镁质浇注料的抗渣渗透性提高 ,因为生成的液相中SiO2 增多 ,粘度提高 ;当SiO2 微粉加入量为3%时 ,可得到较理想的基质 ,此时试样的显气孔率较低 ,组成合理 ,抗侵蚀指数最小 ;SiO2 微粉加入量过小 ,耐火材料中液相出现的温度较低 ;SiO2 微粉加入量过大 ,则在渣蚀后的耐火材料中生成过多的液相及低熔点化合物

Abstract:The relationship between the composition of matrix and slag resistance of microsilica bonded MgO based castable was studied.The results show that with increasing of the microsilica content,the penetration resistance improves because the viscosity of liquid formed increases.The sample with 3% microsilica is found to have the lowest corrosion index.In this case,the samples have better composition and microstructure of matrix.This matrix has higher temperature at which liquid appears and lower liquid content after reaction with slag,also has lower apparent porosity,and therefore has better slag resistance.
