摘    要:在介绍CA6102Q发动机废气再循环装置结构特点的基础上,着重分析了废气再循环对发动机排放功能、经济性和动力性的影响。实验证明,发动机安装该装置后,在合理控制废气再循环率而对发动机经济性和动力性影响不大的情况下,排放性能大为改善。

Abstract:This paper describes in brief structural features of the Exhaust GasRecirculation (EGR) system for model CA6102Q engine, and stresses the analysis of the effect of EGR on engine emissions, fuel economy and power output. The test resaults show that with the EGR system engine emissions can be reduced greatly without suffering fuel economy and Fower output of the engine as the EGR rate is controlled properly.
