| 摘 要： | 通过大量的试验,并根据数据及浆液的性能做了分析论证。认为涤/棉65/35纱线用 PVA 与 DS-HP 混合浆液上浆,其 PVA:DS-HP 以100:120为理想,此方案可以部分代替化学浆料,提高浆纱质量,降低上浆成本,增加企业的经济效益,现将此方案的数据提供给生产厂做为参考。

| Abstract: | Extensive experiment has been conducted to investiagte the propert ies of the size solution as well as the sized yarn.ft is believed that Wsing PVA and DS-HP as the size mixture in the polyester-cotton(65/ 35)Warp sizing the optimum ratio is 100:120.ft is thought that the al- ove Composition of the two size agents can be used to save chemical a- dhesives,meanwhile the cost in the slaching procese is reduced. |
