摘    要:结合故障树分析法和故障诊断专家系统的优点,设计并实现了一种基于故障树分析法的通用装备电子系统故障诊断专家系统。系统根据输入的故障征兆自动寻找匹配的顶事件,然后生成顶事件故障树并按Fu。。ell算法求出最小割集,按照最小割集重要度大的部件优先检测的顺序生成测试流程,提示操作人员按照测试流程进行测试并找出故障源。重点介绍了基于关系型数据库的专家系统知识库的建立和利用平均无故障时间的倒数计算最小割集重要度,说明了专家系统的总体结构和推理过程。应用表明,该方法较好地解决了专家系统知识获取难的问题,在确保诊断知识完整性的同时充分发挥了专家系统故障诊断快速高效的优点。

Abstract:Combined the advantage of fault tree analysis (FTA) with that of expert system (ES), a di?agnostic ES for electronic system of general equipment based on FTA was designed and implemented. It is the conception of the diagnostic ES that suited top event is searched by input fault phenomenon, top event fault tree is generated, and minimal cut sets are computed by Fussell algorithm, test flow is created according to the order oi importance of minimal cut sets in wmch the users can be guided to find fault part. The establishment of knowledge base of ES based on relational database ^RDB) and computing oi importance of minimal cut sets through using the reciprocal of mean time between failure (MTBF), the general structure and reasoning process of the system were illustrated with an emphasis. The application of the system to an example shows that it resolves the problem of knowledge acquisi?tion well and keeps a high efficiency of the expert system with the integrity of the knowledge.
