| 摘 要： | 水电工程的环境影响经济损益分析是水电工程环境影响评价的难点.根据国内外环境影响经济评价的研究成果和水电工程的实践,对水电工程普遍存在的环境损失和环境效益的内容与方法进行了研究,分析了各种生态系统的服务功能价值,并针对水电工程环境损失进行了生态补偿研究,提出了水电工程环境影响经济损益分析和国民经济评价环境影响外部效果分析应体现的内容.
