| Abstract: | The industrially high-performance preparative chromatography is a novel,powerful and energy-saving separation technology. The principles and application of three primary high-performance preparative chromatographies, namely simulated moving bed chromatography, VariCol chromatography and supercritical fluid chromatography, were reviewed. And the modeling and optimization of continuous chromatography separation was briefly introduced. |
