采用等负荷法进行压下规程的设计

提出了压下规程的等负荷分配设计方法，详细分析了该方法的计算原理和具体计算过程，对计算中涉及到的主要数学模型进行了研究；应用该方法进行了压下规程设计并和原设计进行比较。结果说明该方法对于降低轧制负荷，保障设备安全运行，提高产品的产量和质量有较好的作用。

Drafting Schedule Design with Equalizing Rolling Load Method

This paper proposed drafting schedule design method with equalizing rolling load method,analyzed detailedly design principle and concrete calculation procedure of this method.The primary mathematical models involved are also studied.Applying this method,the paper designed a drafting schedule and compare its results with existing schedule.The outcome shows this method can reduce rolling load,insure equipment operation safety and raise production ability and quality.
