摘    要:理想的正交组织预形件因具有直的经纬纱结构而存在显著的优越性,但实际生产的预形件有起伏不平的表面和不均匀的纱线排列,这会恶化其复合材料的机械性能,研究采用捆绑纬纱等过织物厚度的这类预形件认为,经纱张力能同时引起捆绑纬纱的弯曲和张,捆绑纬纱的张力不仅使其滑移,还使经纱积聚和曲屈,因此,在织造过程中,应通过计算确定经纱张力并进行控制,以确保捆绑纱的充分移动。

Abstract:An ideal orthogonal woven preform has superior advantages because of its straight warp and weft structure.However,the produced fabric has an undulating surface and uneven distributed yarns that will deteriorate the mechanical property of the end product.For such kind of preform with binder weft through the fabric thickness,warp tension will cause binder weft crimping and binder tension.The binder tension not only causes binder yars to slip along their axial length,but also makes warp pinching and crimping.Warp tension should be calculated and controlled so as to ensure fully binder slippage in weaving process.
