| 摘 要： | 针对热电厂凝汽器铜管腐蚀结垢严重和凝汽器端差大的情况,采用腐蚀性小、安全性高的氨基磺酸进行化学清洗,同时进行硫酸亚铁一次性成膜保护。通过清洗剂科学配方和清洗过程的严格控制,达到了除垢完全、腐蚀量小、成膜均匀致密的效果,经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the corrosion and scaling condition of copper tubes and shorten the end difference of condenser,chemical cleaning was carried out with sulfamic acid of weak corrosivity,while FeSO4 film formation protection applied.Making use of scientifically prescribed cleaner and with strict control on the cleaning process,the scales are now completely removed,with strong protection but little corrosion to the tube,and obvious economical effects obtained. |
