基于ANSYS的扭力杆装置疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS对含有内部缺陷的扭力杆装置多体接触模型在倾动力矩和预紧力配合作用下的复杂加载及其边界非线性进行有限元模拟.利用有限元模拟结果,结合编制的转炉疲劳载荷谱及其他相关参数,通过ANSYS/FE-SAFE计算得到扭力杆及联接螺栓的疲劳寿命分布、安全系数.应用相应的理论计算公式计算出扭力杆内部缺陷的疲劳扩展寿命,得到扭力杆芯部缺陷扩展寿命为9.77×105次,据此判断该扭力杆的疲劳裂纹扩展不会影响扭力杆的正常使用.

Abstract:Based on the ANSYS,a 3D multi-body contact nonlinear FE (finite element) model for the torsion bar device with complex loading of pour moment and preload was developed.The stress distribution characteristics of the torsion bar device were simulated via the above model.With results of the finite element simulation,combined with the preparation converter fatigue load spectrum and the relevant parameters,the distribution of the fatigue life,the safety factor and the fatigue life of defect are also obtained with the ANSYS/FE-SAFE.Finally,the fatigue life of the torsion bar internal defects were calculated with the theoretical formula,obtaining that the extended life of the torsion bar core flaw is 9.77×105 times,and the conclusion can be drawn that fatigue crack extended does not exert impact on the normal use of the torsion bar.
