O2/CO2气氛超细煤粉与常规粒径煤粉混合燃烧特性

摘    要:采用数值模拟方法,研究O2/CO2气氛下,常规粒径煤粉与一定比例超细煤粉混合的燃烧特性以及NOx生成特性,得到不同超细煤粉和常规粒径煤粉混合比例下燃烧室内气体温度分布、浓度分布以及污染物NOx分布.研究结果表明:采用超细煤粉与常规粒径煤粉混合燃烧可以提高煤粉着火燃烧特性,同时减少NQx的生成;超细煤粉比例提高,煤粉着火提前,燃烧速度加快,NOx的生成量降低;当超细煤粉质量分数为30%~50%时,减少NOx的生成效果明显.

Abstract:Using superfine coal with conventional size pulverized coal in O2/CO2 environments,the combustion charcteristics and NOx generation were investigated by the numerical simulation.For the different combustion conditions,the temperature distributions,gas concentration distributions and NO emssion were obtained.The results show that mixing superfine coal with conventional size coal can improve the combution charcteristics and reduce the NO emission.With the increasing ratio of superfine pulverized coal,the ignition position is observed move forward; the coal burning rate is accelerated and the NO generation is further reduced.When mass fraction of the superfine pulverized coal is 30%-50%,effect of reducing NOx generation is obvious.
