铁矿石通用烧结配料模型的设计与实现

摘    要:针对国内外铁矿石资源现状及烧结配料合理性和经济性的要求,以线性规划算法为核心建立烧结配料模型,对烧结矿原料成本、化学成分、原料配比等进行最优化计算,并采用Visual C++6.0实现通用烧结配料模型.可以根据实际需要运用此模型,寻求成本最低情况下的原料配比或已知原料配比条件下的烧结矿化学成分.对某烧结厂现场生产数据测试的结果表明,模型计算所得的烧结矿化学成分较为准确,原料成本的相对误差为0.11%.

Abstract:In view of the present situation of domestic and foreign iron ore resources and the rationality and economy of sintering proportioning,the sintering proportioning based on linear programming algorithm is built to carry out optimization calculation with material cost,chemical composition,material ratio,etc.And the Visual C++6.0 is used to develop general sintering proportioning model.According to the actual requirement,the user can seek material ratio at the lowest cost or chemical composition in the fixed material ratio.The model has been tested by the production data of a sintering plant.The result shows a more accurate chemical composition,and the fractional error of material cost is 0.11%.
