摘    要:利用金相显微术、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及X射线衍射测量技术研究1种重载车轮钢的显微组织,采用电化学方法探讨它的氢渗透特性.研究表明,实验用重载车轮钢的显微组织由质量分数分别为95.7%的层片状珠光体和4.3%的先共析铁素体组成,20℃时氢在实验钢中的扩散系数D0为1.96×10-6 cm2·s-1,该钢产生氢鼓泡的临界氢质量分数为3.64×10-6.

Abstract:The microstructure of a heavy haul wheel steel was studied by using metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement.Meanwhile its hydrogen permeation characteristics were also investigated with electrochemical method.It is found the investigated steel consists of 95.7%(mass percent) of lamellar pearlite and 4.3% of proeatectoid ferrite.At 20℃,the hydrogen diffusion coefficient D0 in the steel investigated is 1.96×10-6 cm2·s-1 and the critical hydrogen mass fraction for hydrogen blistering is 3.64×10-6.
