高浓度钒液沉钒工艺研究

摘    要:研究了采用酸性铵盐沉钒方法,从含钒30g/L左右的高浓度钒液中沉淀多钒酸铵的工艺条件及五氧化二钒质量的影响,实验试验和扩大试验结果表明,钒沉淀率大于99%,五氧人二钒产品质量达到国家标准。

Abstract:The precipitating agent(NH4)2SO4 is added to the solution containing high concentrate(V30g/L) sodium vanadate to from ammonium polyvanadate. The process conditions for ammonium polyvanadate precipitating form the solution and their in fluence on the quality of V2O5 product have been studied. Based on results obtained from laboratory tests,it was found that the precipitating rate is more than 99%,the quality of V2O5 product conforms to GB3283-87 standard.
