Changes in International PV power Incentive Policies and its Considerations

Many countries have modified or issued incentive policies for PV power generation in 2008. Under the influence of global financial crisis and the changes of PV power incentive policies, the global PV market comes to a crisis in 4th quarter of 2008. The article introduces changes and contents of PV power incentive policies in major PV market countries, such as Spain, Germany, American and Japan in 2008, summarizes and analyzes trends of the global PV incentive policies, and provides considerations and suggestions on domestic PV power incentive policies.
