| Abstract: | Based upon analysis of factors of strength increase and diseases causes of water stabilized base the maintenance method utilizing emulsified asphalt slurry seal as well as the advantages of this method is introduced. Author points out that emulsified asphalt slurry seal plays an important role in ensure the early strength increase of base and combination with surface. |
