纳米氧化铝粉末的合成技术

摘    要:系统地介绍了纳米氧化铝粉末的各种制备方法,按基本原理将其分为固相法、液相法和气相法,并且指出了每种方法的优缺点,同时提出了适当的工艺条件。而液相法是制备氧化铝的主要方法,其中溶胶凝胶作为一种湿化学合成方法,是制备纳米粉末的重要技术之一,具有设备简单、工艺易于控制、粉末纯度和均匀度高、成本低等优点,并对其应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:Introduction was systematically made about many kinds of nano alumina powders. On the basis of its fundamental principles, the preparation techniques are classified into gas phase, liquid phase and solid phase. As the same time, the merits and shortcomings were introduced, and the best processing conditions were referred too. However, liquid phase method is the main of the most kinds of preparing nanoscale alumina, and the sol gel method is one of the most important techniques for preparing high quality nanoscale powders since it provides a high purity, low temperaure synthesis and especially a precise composition control. It can overcome many of the disadvantages of conventional techniques because it is simple and less expensive.
