天然气输气工程动火连头技术

基于新疆油气田向西气东输工程供气的集气总站在扩建中进行的一级动火连头作业工程实例,介绍了在大型石油、天然气生产装置改造和扩建等施工作业中的动火连头技术,针对一级动火的危险性和重要性,制定了一整套安全可靠的动火连头技术方案.该方案综合应用了带压开孔排液、爬管机机械切割、气囊封堵、对口焊接、无损检测等技术,为石油天然气工业的动火连头作业提供了技术参考.

Investigation of the fire work methods in the natural gas transportation project

This article introduced a new fire work method utilized in the modification and maintain project of large-scale petrol-gas plant,which based in the 1st level fire work of W2E gas extension project.In consideration of the risk and hazard of the 1st level fire work,an integrated series of fire work method was used,including hole opening with pressure,mechanical cutting,balloon plugging, detection with the ray ,etc.Those methods can be referred by similar fire works in the oil and natural gas industry.
