| 摘 要： | 介绍了马自达汽车下水硬管焊接夹具的设计方案.包括定位、夹紧方案的确定、定位误差的计算等,经计算机仿真检验,工件在焊接及焊好后的拆卸过程中与焊枪、夹具均无干涉.

| Abstract: | The design project of a fixture for jointing a downcomer hard pipe of the MAZIDA automobile was introduced,including locating,clamp method and locating error calculation etc.The computer-simulation test showed that the workpiece did not interfere with the welding torch and the fixture during welding and the disassembling process of postwelding. |
