我国硅灰石及其填充塑料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内有关硅灰石填充塑料方面的工作,填充改性工艺的研究和对填充改性塑料性能的考察。研究发现,硅灰石/聚丙烯(PP)体系属非牛顿假塑性流体。熔体流动性接近或优于PP,这有利于加工稳定性的提高;硅灰石可以成为树脂的成核剂而对树脂的结晶行为和结晶度产生明显的影响。硅灰石填充塑料的力学性能一般较未填充体系有所改善,这可能归因于硅灰石所特有的针状晶体形态,另外,硅灰石填充于塑料中,可以使生产成本有较大幅度的下降,显示了明显的经济效益。

Abstract:This paper reviewed domestic scientific researcher' s work about plastics filled with wollastonite, studies on fdling modification process and determinations of properties of the modified plastics. The studies find out that wollastonite/polypropylene (PP) system behaves as non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid with melt flowability close to or better than PP; this property is beneficial to raising stability of processing. Wollastonite can act as nucleating agent in resins and furthermore, exert apparent influence on the crystallization behaviour and crystallinity of the resins. Generally, the mechanical properties of wollastonite-filled plastics are enhanced compared with the unfilled resin system; this improvement can be attributed to the particular morphology of needle-like crystal of wollastonite. Furthermore, the addition of wollastonite into plastics can greatly reduce the production cost and bring about significant economic profit.
