摘    要:针对现有记录仪在10sps至10Ksps采样频率这一细分市场的空白,文章提出了一种基于多机协同架构的快速记录仪。通过多机协同架构使采样、缓存、传输、存储、自标定、显示及上传等按序串联操作转化成高效的并行操作,提高了记录仪工作效率。借助通道失配自标定算法,克服了记录仪因增益失调、零漂、时漂、温漂移引入的误差,进一步提高了采样数据的精度。选用SOC芯片结合系统资源的综合利用,降低了系统复杂度,提升了仪表可靠性。

Abstract:This paper proposes a fast chart recorder based on muhi-MCU collaboration architecture to fill the chart recorder market segments gap in 10 sps -10 Ksps. With the multi-MCU collaboration architecture the fast chart recorder turns the serial operations which include sampling, cache, transmission, storage, self-calibration, display and upload into efficient parallel operations. This recorder overcomes error from gain offset, zero drift, time drift and temperature drift with chan- nel mismatch self-calibration algorithm and increases its sampling accuracy. By choosing SOC chips and comprehensive utilizing system resources, we reduce the complexity of the recorder and enhance the reliability of it..
