| 摘 要： | 通过对招标的范围、方式及实施招投标制对工程造价的影响，阐述了如何加强工程造价全方位，全过程的动态管理，以提高经济资产 建筑安装企业的经营效果。说明了推选建设工程招投标制，把竞争机制引入工程造价管理机制，形成由市场定价的价格机制，对降低工程造价，进而使工程造价得到合理的确定与控制具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the biding range, patterns and its influence on the engineering price the paper elaborates how to intensify the management of engineering price on full procedure and to enhance the economic benefits and management effect of architecture installation company. Author explains carrying out the biding system and introducing the competitive mechanism to project price management have important significance. Through those reform the price mechanism of market fixing price can be formed and the engineering price can be reduced and the engineering price can be determined and controlled reasonably. |
