凹凸棒石的养分溶出特性及其对制备温度和浸提剂的响应

摘    要:凹凸棒石经加热处理后可用作土壤改良剂,为了研究凹凸棒石在加热制备过程的养分溶出特性,对凹凸棒石进行六个温度梯度(常温25℃、200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃、600℃)处理,再分别用蒸馏水、醋酸、柠檬酸浸提后测定Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn的溶出量.结果显示:200℃处理凹凸棒石用柠檬酸浸出的钙浓度最高;镁在25℃下用醋酸浸出浓度最高;锌、铁、锰在600℃用柠檬酸提浸出浓度最高.凹凸棒石中微量元素的溶出量受温度影响显著.

Abstract:Heated Attapulgite could be applied to be soil ameliorant.In order to explore dissolvability of specific nutrients in Attapulgite,distilled water,ethylic acid and citric acid were used as extractant to extract Attapulgite samples under six gradient treated temperatures (25℃,200℃,300℃,400℃,500℃,600℃) and measure the concentration of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn.The experiment comes to several conclusions:The amount of Calcium in lixivium reach maximum when Attapulgite is treated under 200℃ extracted by citric acid.Magnesium dissolves to maximum when Attapulgite is untreated under normal temperature extracted by acetic acid.Zinc,Iron and Manganese dissolve out most in 600℃ treatment extracted by citric acid.Generally,dissolvability of micronutrient is more sensitive to temperature than macronutrients.
