中国城市能源安全指标体系研究

中国城市能源安全问题日益突出,但有关描述和分析却十分缺乏。本文首次给出了城市能源安全的一般性定义,并利用国际通用的指标评价方法,建立了适用于中国城市的能源安全指标体系,选择10个典型城市进行了案例研究。结果表明,该指标具有满足要求的准确性和诊断能力,能为评价城市能源安全提供统一的标准,有利于更准确地考察城市面临的能源安全问题,并更好地理解城市能源安全的区域差别。

Research on Urban Energy Security Indicators System of China

With the aims to give a general picture of Chinese current urban energy security issue and assess it, the paper, starting from the general urban energy security concept, presents an attempt to establish an indicator system for Chinese urban energy security assessment by using the theme and sub-theme model. The examples under consideration are ten typical cities of China. Although it is limited by lack of data, the final analysis result gives the good reasons to be believed that the indicator system is veracity and practicability, and it also provides us a unified standard for the assessment of urban energy security issue.
