| 摘 要： | 酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)可应用于食品微生物、食品毒素、残留农药、食品中其它成分以及转基因食品的检测中,并具有很广阔的应用前景.文章较为详细描述了其在食品分析中的应用,并揭示出在未来的食品分析检测中,ELISA将会成为很重要的一个技术手段.

| Abstract: | Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)can be used in the inspection of food microorganism, food toxin, pesticide residue, other ingredients of food and transgenic food, and has a very promising prospect of larger scope of use. This paper presents a detailed illustration of its application in food analysis, and states that ELISA will become a significant means in food inspection in the future. |
