二氧化钛纳米管的氢敏特性

摘    要:利用廉价的工业TiO2粉末、通过超声-水热法制备Ti2纳米管,通过刮刀法将TiO2纳米管制各成厚膜气敏传感器.以N2为载气,考察了工作温度、氢气体积分数(下同)对TiO2纳米管氢气敏感特性的影响.测试温度为150~250℃时,TiO2纳米管厚膜气敏传感器对氢气表现出良好的选择性和敏感性.当氢气体积分数为5%时,TiO2纳米管电阻变化达到2~4个数量级.传感器的气敏机理认为是TiO2纳米管表面对于氢气分子的化学吸附.

Abstract:Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanotubes (TNTs) were prepared from inexpensive industrial TiO2 powder by ultrasonic-hydro-thermal reactions, and thick film gas sensors based on TNTs were fabricated. The influence of the operation temperature and hydrogen gas concentration on the sensing performance of sensors was investigated. Over the temperature range of 150℃ to 250℃, the prepared TNTs thick film sensors exhibite excellent selectivity and good sensitivity to H2 gas in N2 carrier gas. The sensors responded consistently to 5% (in volume) H2 gas in N2 carrier gas with a resistance change of 2-4 magnitudes measured at 150℃ and 200℃. The mechanism of the present sensors is attributed to hydrogen chemisorption onto TNTs surfaces.
