| 摘 要： | 洪水的等级划分应考虑流量、水位、防洪能力及灾害等因素,综合这些因素把洪水分成5个等级。1、2级洪水,洪水流量小,水位低,基本无灾;3级洪水,洪水流量较大或水位较高,有一定灾害;4级洪水,为大洪水或高水位,有较大灾害;5级洪水,为特大洪水或高水位,灾情严重。

| Abstract: | To grade floods should consider the factors of discharge,water level,flood control capacityand calamity.Floods can be divided into 5 grades by synthesizing these factors,i.e.grades 1 and 2floods are of small discharge,low water level and basically no calamity:grade 3 flood is of greaterdischarge or higher water level and a certain degree of calamity;grade 4 flood is considered as amajor flood or with high water level and causes more serious calamity and;grade 5 flood is an ex-traordinary flood or with high water level and causes serious calamity. |
