黄毛山隧道帷幕注浆进行堵水加固的施工技术

摘    要:甬台温客运专线铁路黄毛山隧道位于Ⅳ级围岩地段。由于地势低洼有一定的导水性和储水性。简述了黄毛山隧道快速顺利通过破碎带、水库段的施工技术,按照"以堵为主,限量排放"的原则,采用帷幕注浆进行堵水加固围岩,以保证施工安全。通过现场试验,确定了帷幕注浆技术参数,按照施工要点及结束注浆的标准,安全、顺利地完成施工任务。帷幕注浆技术对类似工程具有一定的借鉴与指导意义。

Abstract:Huangmao Mountain Tunnel is located in Class IV surrounding rock field,being the exclusive Yongtaiwen Passenger Railway.The disadvantages of the field are hydraulic conductivity and storage water ability due to its low-lying place.The whole successful construction technology about passing the broken belt and the reservoir section is presented in the paper.According to the principle of "water shutoff first & discharging limited",the project is adopting the curtain grouting technique to strengthen the surrounding rock and to guarantee the safety of the construction.The technique parameter of curtain grouting is determined by a field test and the construction task is completed safely and successfully in accordance with key points and standard for ending grouting,which may provide reference for similar projects in the future.
