生物转化法合成2-苯乙醇菌种的诱变选育

摘    要:对3株2-苯乙醇转化菌株的产物耐受性进行了比较,确定了1株产物耐受性较强的菌株,经过自然分离纯化和紫外诱变,筛选获得1株转化合成2-苯乙醇浓度有显著提高的菌株BD-25-39,转化合成2-苯乙醇的浓度达到5.40g/L,较原始菌株提高了10.2%。

Abstract:To breed a high-yield strain for production of 2-phenylethanol by biotransformation, a strain designated BD was elected from three yeast strains after testing of the tolerance to 2-phenylethanol, and then routine separation and ultraviolet radiation treatment was carried out on the strain BD successively. As a result, a mutated strain designated BD-25-39 was screened out, gained the yield of 2-phenylethanol at 5.40 g/ L, which had increased by 10.2% over the original strain.
