| 摘 要： | 武汉东西湖国有农场自1958年建场，至今已发展51年，农场的居住形态已经在生产生活中得以沉积。该文通过分析东西湖国有农场当前居住形态更新与改造的三种类型：自发更新、集中更新、集中搬迁改造，探讨农场居住形态改造与更新的方式及其居住形态文脉的延续途径。

| Abstract: | State-owned farms of Wuhan Dongxihu, which was founded in 1958, has been in development for 51 years. The residential morphology of state-owned farms have been deposited in daily working and living patterns. This paper analyzes the three types of residential morphology in the farms: spontaneity renewal, concentration renewal and concentration removal reconstruction, to discuss the way of the transformation and renovation in the state-owned farm, and the continuance of original context of it. |
