| 摘 要： | 为了在企业级形成对信息化建设项目的整体管控,提高项目建设的质量和效率,文章引入了企业架构在电网企业信息化建设中进行应用,企业架构与信息化项目管控相结合能在项目管控团队建设、信息化建设规划与过程管控等方面取得良好的实施效果,有助于企业信息化的统一规划建设。结合企业架构的项目管控模式贴近电网信息化项目建设的实际需要,能够提升企业信息化建设的整体性和规范性。

| Abstract: | In order to form the overall control of the information project at enterprise level and improve the quality and efficiency of project construction, this paper introduces the enterprise architecture in the information construction in power grid enterprise. The combination of enterprise architecture and project management and control closes to the actual needs of information construction of power grid enterprise, is helpful for the unified planning and information construction for enterprise, and can promote the integrity and standardization of the enterprise information construction. |
