电能计量装置现场校验管理系统研发

传统的电能计量装置现场校验工作缺乏过程管控,工作效率很低。为此,文章研究了电能计量装置现场校验全过程管理的若干关键技术,包括流程信息化改造、数据同步技术、数据提取技术、定位与导航技术等,并对其难点和实现方案进行了分析。在此基础上,结合昆明供电局实际情况,设计并开发了电能计量装置现场校验管理系统,并详细介绍了该系统的设计思路与总体结构、系统功能等,最后通过工程实际应用效果验证了该系统的可行性与有效性。

Development of Electric Energy Metering Device On-site Calibration Management System

Lack of process controlling and low working efficiency is the shortage of the on-site calibration of traditional Electric energy metering devices. This paper studied several key technologies in the whole on-site calibration management process of electric energy metering device including process information transformation, data synchronization, data extraction technology, positioning and navigation technology, etc. The technical difficulties and implementation scheme are discussed. On this basis, considering the actual situation of Kunming Power Supply Bureau, an energy metering device calibration management system is designed and developed. The idea, structure and functions of the system are described in detail. Finally, the practical application results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
