点阵式LCD控制驱动电路的测试方法

摘    要:在LCD显示器件广泛发展与应用的今天,LCD控制驱动电路作为液晶显示器的重要部件,需求量也日益增大。从而使得对LCD控制驱动电路的测试成为液晶显示效果的必然保证。点阵式LCD控制驱动电路的测试除了需要进行常规测试项的测试外,因其自身的特点,还具有一些特殊的测试项,同时也对测试系统的测试能力提出了更高要求。文章主要介绍了使用自动测试系统对点阵式LCD控制驱动电路测试的方法,该测试方法对于LCD显示控制驱动电路的测试具有普遍意义。

Abstract:In these days, the develop of LCD is getting great progress and being used in far-ranging situations. As an important component of LCD, the demands of LCD Driver IC also increases observably, thereby it makes the testing of the LCD driver IC become the necessary guarantee for the display effect of the LCD. Except processing the general tests, the testing of the driver&controller for dot matrix LCD has some especial testing items because of the characteristic itself. And it also requests the testing systems have more powerful testing ability. In this paper, we work over about the testing method of the driver&controller for dot matrix LCD using Automatic Test Equipment. This method of testing LCD driver & controllers can also be used widely.
