摘    要:根据游梁式抽油机曲柄销的实际工作情况,按悬臂梁和弹性基础梁模型对其进行了疲劳强度计算的分析对比,比较结果可以看出,现有曲柄销结构按弹性基础梁模型计算,其疲劳强度达不到无限寿命,以CYJ10-53B型抽油机为例曲柄销的疲劳安全系数明显偏小,最后提出了提高曲柄销疲劳寿命的几种方法。

Abstract:Based on the models of cantilever beam and elastic base beam , the fatigue strength of the crank pin in the beam pumping unit is calculated according to the actual operating situation The results are analyzed and compared They show that the fatigue strength of current crank pins can not reach to infinite life if it is calculated based on the model of elastic base beam For example, it is clear that the safety coefficient of crank pins in the pumping unit CYJ10 3 53B is small Finally, several methods for increasing the fatigue life of crank pin are proposed in the paper
