浅谈学生管理工作中的奖惩艺术

奖惩是学校管理活动中常用的一种激励方法。通过奖励能满足学生的多种需要,使符合社会期望和组织要求的良好行为得到保持、巩固、加强和推广;通过惩罚使学生不符合社会期望和组织要求的行为得到控制、减弱、消除和矫正。在学校管理工作中必须规范、合理地科学使用奖惩艺术。

Rewards and punishment aim at making changes in students' minds and behaviors by making use of their needs. It is a common - used means to encourage students in students management in schools. By rewards, various kinds of needs of students can be met, and their behaviors which agree with the social expectation and their group' s requirements can be preserved, consolidated, strengthened and promoted; By punishment, students' behaviors which don' t agree with the social expectation and their group' s requirements can be under - controlled, weakened, removed and remedied. But rewards and punishment are not always of positive effect. They can be extremely negative and would make students discouraged if they are not properly used, so, rewards and punishment must be properly carried out in students management.
